Name: Takore- E.Scena 310
Location: Tacna - Peru - Latin America

Takore, a project in Peru with partner organization Deçiertopicante, was about new dance techniques and a performance. It was conducted by the choreographer Malgorzata Haduch whose origins are Polish and lives in Amsterdam.

Takore included many different activities: beginner and advanced workshops for the actors from Deçiertopicante, dance improvisations, two productions, a video workshop and research. Both Deçiertopicante and Malgorzata found it interesting to push the limits in theatre. In the performances, they provoked the audience and refuted the set ideas around "the podium". In addition, they explored the physical limits of each actor and of the space. It resulted in two superb performances, of which, the last one, E.scena 310, officially opened the cultural season in September in Tacna at a festival.

Actors from Deçiertopicante about the project:

John: “Formato teatral mas raro que he visto hasta el momento”
The most rare theatrical format, that I have seen so far.

Amiel: “ a vezes es caotico y a la vez ordenao. Todo es ordenado dentro del desorden. Trabajo fisico es fuerte, por ejemplo el calentamiento, desarrollando la plasticidad y agilidad.
Sometimes it is caotic but at the same time in order. As if all was in order inside of dis-order. The physical work is strong, for example the warming up, but we develop the plasticity and flexibility.
