Barranquilla

After two weeks of workshopping, the team has been split up in three and started working in Barranquilla in Ciudad Nueva in north Tacna. This is where the desert meets town and from 11 - 24 November this is the first laboratory setting of this project. Many migrants from the Andes gather here to look for a better life. This is Aymara country.
